1. Subject

The websites x7insight.ru and docs.x7insight.ru present the X7 Insight EDC software — an electronic data capture system for clinical research. These terms govern the use of the websites and the demo environment. The websites are operated by LLC X7 Insight (details — on the Legal information page).

2. Access

Access to the system for conducting clinical trials is provided under a contract. Demonstrations are arranged on request via the website. The demo environment (“sandbox”) runs on synthetic data and is intended for evaluation only. Commercial terms, support levels and timelines are defined by contract and are not published on the website.

3. Restrictions

• Do not enter information about real people — including yourself — into the demo environment.
• Do not interfere with the websites' operation and do not attempt to access other people's data or accounts.
• Do not use the website materials in a way that distorts their meaning, and do not impersonate the Operator.

4. Liability

The website materials are informational and do not constitute a public offer. The Operator strives to keep the websites and the demo environment available but does not guarantee their availability at every moment. The liability of the parties when the system is used in clinical trials is defined by contract.

5. Governing law

These terms and the use of the websites are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
